Hi Sarah, It just means Google noticed your blog, which is a nice thing! I subscribe to the Google Alerts for Savannah and also to the Google Alerts for Tybee. If you google "Google Alerts" you can sign up, too. (my boyfriend get them for "springsteen" - it can be anything you're interested in) If you want to see your post in the google alert I mentioned, I'd be glad to forward it to you.
